Florence Brenyah (Mrs) is a Licensed Registered Dietician (LD/RD) and Ph.D Human Nutrition and Dietetics candidate at the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)-Ghana. She holds MPhil in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (KNUST), Master of Technology Education in Catering and Hospitality (University of Education-Kumasi Campus), B.Ed. Home Economics (University of Cape Coast). She has many peers review published research articles works in areas such as non-communicable diseases and product development. She is a co-investigator in the Team that won the KNUST KReF research grant on watermelon and diabetes research. Professionally, she is a member of the Allied Health Professional Council and the Ghana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has been involved in many workshops and conferences locally.
